Last updated: February 16, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Peer10 platform (“Service”). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or transmit content that:

  • Is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or constitutes bullying of any kind — including toward athletes, parents, coaches, referees, or administrators
  • Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitative content involving minors
  • Promotes hate or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (see our DMCA procedures)
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Is sexually explicit or inappropriate for a youth sports environment

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations or users outside your authorized scope
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt denial-of-service attacks or load testing without prior written authorization
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures, authentication mechanisms, or access controls
  • Impersonate another user, organization, or Peer10 employee
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) to users

3. Media Upload Rules

When uploading photos, game film, or other media:

  • You must have the right to share the content (either as the creator, copyright holder, or with appropriate authorization)
  • Media involving minors must be appropriate for a youth sports context and uploaded with parental awareness
  • Do not upload copyrighted music, broadcast footage, or third-party content without permission
  • Do not upload media that could be used to embarrass, shame, or bully any participant

4. AI Feature Usage

When using AI-powered features:

  • Do not attempt adversarial prompting or manipulation of AI features
  • Do not use AI features to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or inappropriate
  • AI-generated content (roster suggestions, coaching insights) must be reviewed by a responsible human before action is taken
  • Do not rely solely on AI outputs for decisions that affect athlete safety or well-being

5. Account Responsibilities

  • Do not share your account credentials with others. Each user must have their own account
  • Organization administrators are responsible for managing member access, including promptly removing users who should no longer have access (e.g., coaches who leave the organization)
  • Administrators are responsible for ensuring content uploaded by their organization's members complies with this AUP

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP are handled through a graduated enforcement process:

  1. Warning: First-time or minor violations result in a written warning with an explanation of the violation
  2. Temporary suspension: Repeated or more serious violations may result in temporary account suspension
  3. Account termination: Severe or repeated violations after warning result in permanent account termination
  4. Law enforcement referral: Violations involving illegal activity, child safety concerns, or imminent harm will be referred to appropriate law enforcement immediately, without prior warning

We reserve the right to skip steps in this process for severe violations, particularly those involving child safety.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it:

  • In-app: Use the report/flag feature available on content and profiles
  • Email: [email protected]

Reports involving child safety are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours.

We may update this AUP as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
